A Few 90s Football

Another lot of assorted football cards from the 2026 Lot today, but we get to go all the way back to 1990 to start.

I think I have seen a few 1990 Fleer football cards, but not many, and this may be the first rookie card I've gotten from the set. It's followed by a couple 1991 Action Packed Update cards. I have had a few 1994 cards which are similar, but these are the first ones from the 1991 year I have had in hand.

We then skip ahead to more recent years and a dabbling of sets that have been here and there in the lot.

The bulk here is from 2022 Donruss, and I do recognize Ronnie Lott from his earlier days with Dallas. Also of course, Big Ben.

Ah, Chronicles, which uses the same picture twice on the front, and once on the back. Still, have a number of these cards now in wrestling, but these football ones sure do need a new home.

We end with some 2023 Score including another Warren Moon from the set.

As I have been working through this lot, I've come up with a vague outline of a plan on my collecting for the next couple years. I'm going to get through this lot, roughly, this year, in 2027, work through all the unopened product I have been holding aside and slowly working into, and then in 2028 have a year of the trade in which I look to, one way or another, reduce my trade cards by some big number (maybe half). Always good to have goals, even if you may change and tweak them over time.
