Still Swinging For A Pop-Up

 It has been a while since I lo0oked at some of the additional baggies from Swing and a Pop-Up with a few house projects on the go such as some painting (done), new computer set up (done - for better or worse), and a slew of other things.

This will be my first post with the new computer, scanning and everything. Happily I have a functioning 2003 Microsoft office installed and working on Windows 11, at least to the point that I am not paying $100 a year for the 365 non-sense. The scanning, I haven't been able to use the same older interface and now am simply using the HP Smart scanning app. It's likely good enough, just doesn't seem to scan multiple different cards (so saving 6 cards as 6 scans in a single go).

Anyway, a successful day today as we have some new newish Jays...

Well, the scanning I will get use to, but the end result seems alright. As you can see, we are in the 2017-2018 period, so what I consider new - the last 5 years.

It's amazing how many different sets Topps could put out in a year. I mean, why focus on doing a few right, when you can pump out tents of sets with little effort. I am no Panini fan, but at least it's something different.

Promising years for the Jays that just didn't pan out...couldn't ride that wave in the Topps design to a World Series...

However, I can celebrate a few different team set completions here...

Here we have more than half the 2017 Topps Opening Day base Jays, completing the team set of 7.

We also get to complete save a couple short prints which I never count - but still want) 2018 Topps Flagship, 2018 Topps Allen & Ginter and 2018 Topps Holiday - wow - one of my most successful Blue Jay team sets days ever!

Still about a week worth of baggies to share too.
