Hank's for this one

Today, we have the last pack out of the 2016 Topps Series 2 baseball blaster and we start with a nice big Hank you card...

Can't really say anything that hasn't already been said about Hank - he held the career home run total mark for over 30 years before Barry Bonds broke it in 2007 - though many feel that should be with an asterisk given the swirling feelings around the era in which Barry hit most of those homeruns.

As for the base cards...

Lots of Ms between Miami and Milwaukee!

We end with two other non-base cards, this being the first - another The Kid Tribute card. This one documenting his outfielding including a play in 1995 where he went full out, made a catch, but suffered a wrist injury keeping him out a few months. It is some of those times that, if he stayed healthy, you can wonder how close Ken could have got to Aaron. As it was, he ended up at 630 - not too shabby.

Finally...

A one in ten pack rainbow foil card. Not a bad way to end this blaster.

10 Packs, 100 cards, 297 points.

So where does this one stand...

1) 2015-16 Upper Deck Portfolio Box 3.6067
2) 2016 Topps WWE Road To Wrestlemania Blaster 1 3.2222
3) 2015 Topps WWE Heritage Blaster 1 3.1296
4) 2016 Topps WWE Blaster 1 3.0952
5) 2016 Topps WWE Then Now Forever Blaster 1 3.0317
6) 2016 Topps Series 2 Baseball Blaster 2.97

Yeah, bottom of the barrel unfortunately. Again, kind of feels right as wrestling, in comparison, are cards I collect all of, whereas, I really am looking more for Jays and inserts when it comes to baseball, so reflective of my collecting goals.

Still - not going to complain, got 100 cards that were all new to me, no dupes.
