Well, 2016 was when WWE was still pushing ROman down our throats in trying to make him the star that he actually became, and Becky wasn't quite "The Man" yet, still finding what character would work for her, but both show up here:
Steampunk Becky at her best here. A shame that the second Rock insert just happened to be one I already had - boo! Always a fan of Goldust though and find it funny hearing his interviews and hearing how much marketing went into his look and changes to the look because it could feed into making more or different action figures. I guess at times you forget the business side, but then I think of Joh nCena who seems to change his outfit with every even he shows up to.
Funny, I talked about The Big Boss Man yesterday, and here we see Big Bubba in that persona on the needed insert. I know with Jericho being around so long, people complain about his physique these days and forget the dude has gotten older and is in fantastic shape for his age. Sure, he doesn't have abs like he may have 10 or 20 years ago, but man is in amazing shape.
Still hoping to come across the first base card need from this blaster.
Good timing. A video of Bubba (and D-Von) popped up on my YT feed. It talked about their match against the Hardys and their retirement earlier in the year.
ReplyDeleteA moment both teams deserved...but I will say, it's a retirement I am not sure will 100% stick. Though the two teams likely won't wrestle each other again.
