Well That Sucked and Finally Some Help

In what was one of the greatest World Series of modern times, unfortunately my Jays came up on the short end. Most frustrating is that they had multiple times in game 7, and even in game 6, where they just couldn't put it away. I mean, the added run in the 8th of game 7 they should have got was the reason it wasn't over, but it's easy to pick things apart afterwards.

It also is of course, to some degree, credit of the other team and the Dodgers played well enough, especially over the last couple games, to win.

If I was objective and it was teams I didn't really care about, it would be easy to just call it a fantastic match up but the sting for the Jays losing, the first time as a fan having to deal with it in baseball, in the World Series, sucks. Still, a year that saw them do much better than they were expected to, to really find themselves, and hopefully be in a position to have a good run for a few years - but here is first to hoping we get Bo signed for a longer contract to keep him with Vladdy. 

GLad I was able to get that extra fall back hour last night...but would have rather spent it partying.

Last packs of McD hockey today and spoiler - no Leafs help but at least there are some keepers.

The above cards are from the three stars set - none of which are needs, but the Pinnacle Game Winners packs below are almost all keepers as I only have half the set and got lucky with these.

The cards feel fine given these "moving picture cards" if you will, tend to get a little sticky feeling or grease over time if not well stored.

All good here though and they save these packs from just being a bit disappointing.

Not high scoring since I had most of the sets these covered, and with no Leaf cards, but can't win them all.
