McD by any name

It has been a while since I updated everyone on my goal for this year of trading away 5,000 cards. I have done a handful of smaller trades, so I am at 3,351 which is pretty good. I figure later this year as part of my 1,000 post I'll get rid of some - not sure how many yet - but that should be a good part of getting the rest of the way, and with another six months left in the year, that should be plenty of time to get there.

Also important to wish a quick happy 4th of July to everyone in the States. Sucks it falls midweek this year, but I am sure it'll be enjoyed just the same.

Highlight:

Any McDonalds hockey card set is a good one in my books. This is, I believe, the newest set that has been out of the Santa Lot - 2009-10 - scary to think that is 8 years ago now, and that I have been working through the Santa Lot of cards for a couple years...good thing it wasn't 100,000 cards or anything.
