Highlight:
Curt's day in the spotlight is much past this time - wasn't until about a decade later where his pitching in the World Series and the bloody sock became a thing of lore. I guess Donruss was well ahead of the game in including him in this appropriately named set of Team Heroes.
Unfortunately the card has a small bend on one side, so I'd feel bad trading it away, but will keep for myself for now.
The rest
Keepers:
Another few off the massive set. The more I see, the more I like the base set and typical large size O Pee Chee set. I might have to look at getting a box later to try and finish this set off....maybe something I should check Dave & Adams for as I am hoping to go during out August trip to the US (quick look says they do not have any right now though...).
Traders:
Just a few more 2004-05 Ultra basketball cards. I am going to have to find a few people that want a major start on this set to be able to trade these all away...
