Today we start with a set that, I don't think we have seen any of in the Santa Lot (or maybe one or two). This is 2004-05 SP SIgnature. Another set which takes away the background action shot to focus solely on the player. I give full marks for making the name large and clear on the front.
Something else there hasn't been much of - baseball cards, and more specifically Blue Jays as there have only been a couple dozen through the Santa Lot over the past couple years. Every bit is nice but still...

Keepers:
Not sure if that Koivu is slightly miscut, but would believe not - just a bit of cut off head syndome in that photo job.

Those SP Signature cards represent more than one pack. They came three cards to a tin (not really a pack) and one was guaranteed to be an autograph.
ReplyDeleteNo surprise in not seeing an autographed one here at all. I had looked up a bit on the set, and that it was higher end, but didn't realize that was the way they were sold.
DeleteI don't think I am going to see many more here, but cool.
