With 2020-21 Upper Deck Extended Series, it's really a 200 card base set with 30 extra cards which are Young Guns. This mean with 17 packs of 26 cards each, and on average, only one being an insert or parallel, that we will end up with plenty of base duplicates, and that at this point we will start seeing more duplicates than keepers so still alright getting 8 base keepers today...
A shame time was spent in Montreal as Corey Perry was a good player and didn't deserve such things...
After a decade in Calgary, 2020-21 marked his first year in Toronto after he signed with the team in free agency. He is a solid D-Man, and though never a goal scorer (less goals in his career than Auston last season), he does defense solidly.
If the man wanted to get into wrestling, could have played off a relation to Eric Bischoff no problem! Jake's NHL career is documented on this card, four games with Vegas in 2019-20. That's it. Another case of a Young Guns card highlighting someone that ended up with a dip in the big league. Maybe he could still go the wrestling route...
I give him credit, at least this is an error card as his stats of zero goals and zero assists in those four games, somehow totals to 1 point. Well, being 1 in 4 as a Young Guns card and an error, at least that scores some points with me!
