Going Pro Bowling

I know I have mentioned before that some base card sub groupings can be great base cards in and of themselves. All Star teams, pro bowl teams, etc are a great example, and highlight today's Santa Lot 20.

Here is a full string of 2007 Topps football All Pro cards. I also like the fact that the back is used for a quick write up without stat breakdown, as I assume the full stat breakdown will be on their "normal" base card.

Keepers:

Nice pick ups, but let's take a look at how the rookie Teemu turned out...well, a few games in each of three seasons, all with the Preds, and then out of the NHL and overseas where he still plays.

Traders:

A string of new to me 2008 DOnruss Thread football including a new insert with the Devin Hester Century Star card nothing too flashy or exciting otherwise today.
