Totally forgot about Iman...

Star Trek was always good for interesting guest actors. As a kid, you never really know this and don't really look for such things - who cares! I watch for Data, Picard, Kirk, Bones, Worf, Kira, Janeway, Odo, etc.

Re-watching as I got older, every now and then it was like - Hey - I know that guy! Funny, these days it is more of the reverse - watching other shows and seeing Star Trek alumni.

Today, we start with someone I had forgotten was in Star Trek at one time...

I know, hard to spot which one is her with all the ships...

Even in make up, you can see the fashion model in her. I haven't looked, but I gather she was probably a supermodel - that upper echelon model known around the world like a Cindy Crawford for example, but if not, probably very close at a time.

Oh, and even though this pack has supposedly 8 cards, and there are 8 above...one more...though a dupe...

8 packs, 71 cards, 206 points.

The second pack and we can continue the guest star theme...

The Klingon is apparently John Larroquette. Now that is one I know I wouldn't have recognized, and even now, can't say that I would.

I really like to montage of major characters cards, especially this one with Janeway.

The pack also included...

A second of the promo Star Trek card game cards. It also had a couple dupes...

9 packs, 81 cards, 235 points.

As for the last pack...

Highlighted by some rare (one in every 18 packs) 3D motion card goodness with The Badlands.Okay, not the most exciting of 3D motion cards, but at least it's an interesting insert for the times.

As for the rest of the pack...the dupes...

Still really like that Worf card...just so mishmash in looks and styles...awkwardly awesome I guess.

10 packs, 89 cards, 268 points.

  1. Lenticular inserts rule! Worf dressed as a cowboy is even cooler ;)
