Another pack of 2009-10 Upper Deck Artifacts hockey cards, and still looking for a Leaf from this set. Well, I am not going to get a complete pure base set of 100 from the packs, so might as well try and get a couple Leafs at least. Hopefully the pack agrees with me.
Well - kinda close....Phil became a Leaf for the 2009-10 season. Funny thing, looking up his stats, I think I know what sticks out that I question about him. A career +/- of -86. Yikes. I know a good part of that can be based on the teams you play with, but over a career of 10 plus years so far, and not all on sub par teams....yikes.
Lots of red, not much, blue, but a heck of a lot of star power in this pack.
5 Packs, 23 cards, 69 points.
Wow. -86 +/- rating is eye opening. But there are some notable hall of famers with worse career +/- ratings: Dale Hawerchuk (-98), Bernie Federko (-131), Craig Patrick (-133), and Harry Howell (-152).
ReplyDeleteWould be interesting to see that in comparison to team plus minus because being a -50 when playing for a Stanley Cup champ is much different than being a -50 for a basement dweller.
