I am going to start with a side tangent story. Everyone has certain memories of their children growing up such as first day of school, first time you get them something that sends them over the top with joy...or apparently the first time you make them laugh so hard they pee themselves. Nothing serious, and he's only 5, but definitely one of those memories that will stick with you down the road...and bring up with any future dates to embarrass him....

Speaking of memories, those will be what highlights the Santa Lot 20 today. Leaf Certified Materials "Flashbacks". Again, touching on past stars in present cards are a nice touch and the highlights below can show that...

The Flashbacks are nice, but I don't see Joe Montana as anything but a 49er. The cards also could have likely been a bit better if the card design were to be the player more in their element (more background).

With that - two more amazing Masterpieces cards for the set being worked on is great, though Luc forgot to be in his Kings uniform...

An ad insert and damaged 1990-91 O Pee Chee Red Army insert..could have been better, but with everything else in the 20 cards, I am still not disappointed.

The rest

Nice additions, especially Elias (a quite liked player of mine).

A couple more inserts, though not for my collection - first Season Crown insert for 2007-08 Ultra with Clyde the Glide and Nick Young who seems to just be hanging in mid air...

  1. I hit a new hobby shop last weekend and got a slightly overpriced box of 1990-91 OPC hockey. Now I have a whole other set of the Red Army inserts, plus some extras.

    1. Hope they are better condition than the one here (actually, probably couldn't be worse).

    2. Pack fresh with just the typical centering issues...
