Not Junk Junk

A bunch of cards from Jeff's package which run through the "junk" years. Even said, there are still some good tradeable cards, and might even be a couple keepers for me too!

Well, 1987 Topps is one set that I don't really need much of, and we have no Jays here...but trade fodder works too!

There are a couple sets that I am working on here though, and the 1988 Fleer David Cone is one I needed...

Same with 1989 Fleer. Not sure what other's experiences were at the time, but between Topps, Donruss, Score, etc, it was always Fleer that seemed to be a little less available, so doesn't surprise me much it would be the brand I am not on top of having junk era sets completed for.

A fair bunch of 1989 Topps - a number of them with multiple copies, but didn't bother scanning the dupes here. Any interest, just let me know!

I am happy to report - these cards are only about half of all the baseball cards that Jeff provided. I will share the other half tomorrow...and then there's a whole bunch of hockey to share after that.

  1. In 1989, I had access to Topps, Fleer, Donruss, and Score at the local Long's Drugs. Plus at the time I was still working at Thrifty's and they carried all four of those boxes, plus Sportflics and Bowman. The only thing I had zero access to (unless I went to my LCS) was Upper Deck.
