No surprise, a bunch more of these nice feeling, decent vintage looking Fleer Tradition basketball cards...
Worth taking a look at the backs which may be somewhat basic in design, but are done well with full stats which is always appreciated. The backs remind me very much of O Pee Chee hockey backs, and in a good way.
We even get a few blue parallel cards which are a nice bright blue and really pop. A simple way to make a parallel, just a quick change of colour, but does make a nice difference when done front and back like this.
As for the last card...
This is exciting - some baseball! 1999 Topps Opening Day, not a set I have much of, just a couple Jays, and the set is 165 cards..so if there are a solid number here, this could be a good set to add to the slow collection pile!
Reggie Miller wins it. Against the Knicks as a bonus.
ReplyDeleteHonorable mentions for Rasheed Wallace and Damon Stoudamire.
I like that shade of blue.
